$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Oversee daily operations in the dining room, bar, and host stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to optimize coverage and maintain a balanced workload for team members.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain necessary stock for front-of-house operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
