Production Associate

Position: Packaging Associate
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT possible)
Assignment Type: Temporary

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products into cases and boxes, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before leaving the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment and can perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Package products into cases, cartons, and shipping boxes according to company standards
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
Stack, organize, and move packaged products within the work area
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies
Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards
Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
Assist with additional warehouse and packaging tasks as assigned

Requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to perform repetitive packaging and assembly duties
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience is a plus, but not required
