Machine Operator

Staffworks is hiring Fiber Extrusion Operators for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

12-hour shifts + lots of days off + great company to work for!

Schedule & Pay

•12-hour rotating shifts: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM

•Rotating schedule with 3–4 days off each week

•Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

•10% shift differential for hours worked 5:00 PM–5:00 AM

•Weekly Pay

•Benefits available once hired permanently

Responsibilities

•Set up, operate, and monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line

•Ensure product quality, size, and appearance

•Monitor equipment and correct/report unusual conditions or defects

•Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation

•Clean and maintain equipment and work areas

•Troubleshoot equipment issues and help minimize machine downtime

•Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures

Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED

•Manufacturing experience preferred

•Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing required

•Ability to read blueprints/schematics and follow detailed instructions

•Basic math, computer, mechanical, and machine-operation skills

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
