Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Western Pennsylvania | Pay‑Per‑Visit | $10K Quarterly Bonus

Our client is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide high‑quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Active Auto Insurance
• Comfortable with the required travel for this position

• 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
• Active PA RN license
• Associate degree or higher
• BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and insurance

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• Flexible schedules
• No long shifts

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 on‑call shift per week (5 PM–10 PM)
• 1 weekend per month
