Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently, ensuring all housekeeping needs are met without disruption.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences and building guest loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and managing housekeeping teams in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to coordinate daily operations efficiently, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Proven track record of conducting quality inspections and implementing improvements.
- Strong skills in training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
