Janitorial Cleaner - Worthington - PT (Hoosier Energy)

Position Details:

POSITION TYPE: Part - Time

PAY RATE: $75.00 /Day (flat rate)

SCHEDULE: Tuesday and Friday | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Approximately 3 hours/day)

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Hoosier Energy in Worthington is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across three buildings on the campus. This role includes routine office cleaning, restroom maintenance, and general upkeep. Work is performed independently and requires attention to detail and respect for restricted-access areas.

• Standard office cleaning

• Clean and sanitize 2 restrooms

• Sweep, mop, dust, empty trash

• Maintain common areas and high-touch surfaces

Lineman’s Building Cleaning

• Clean one large open room

• Sweep, mop, dust common areas

• Do not clean linemen’s desks

• Clean and sanitize 2 restrooms

• Empty trash and maintain shared spaces

Switchyard Building Cleaning

• Clean only the approved front portion (restricted access in back)

• Standard office cleaning tasks

• Sweep, mop, dust, remove trash

Qualifications:

• Reliability and strong attendance

• Attention to Detail in all cleaning tasks

• Ability to Work Independently

• Ability to follow building access rules and respect restricted areas

• Good communication and time-management skills
