We're seeking an HVAC Operations Manager in Hawaii to lead field teams and drive efficiency across service and installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians, installers, and coordinators.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch.
• Coordinate project timelines, equipment delivery, and resources.
• Ensure jobs finish on time, on budget, and to standard.
• Visit jobsites and evaluate performance.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Track labor utilization, job profitability, and callbacks, and manage departmental budgets.

Must-Haves

• Five or more years of HVAC operations experience, including team leadership.
• Strong understanding of installation and service work.
• Working knowledge of local codes and OSHA standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• Field background as a lead technician or foreman.
• Experience with field service software.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Onsite in Hawaii.
