We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Guest Services Agent. This role starts in May and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience and being the first point of contact for guests.

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, anticipating guest needs, and delivering a high level of service to both guests and homeowners. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination.

Our ideal candidate has experience in hospitality or customer service, is comfortable learning new technology, communicates well with a wide range of guests, and can work a flexible schedule including mornings and weekends. 

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly

Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor

Flexible availability, including mornings and weekends

Schedule: This position requires availability seven days a week, with shifts ranging from 4–8 hours. Scheduling needs are primarily mid-shifts (10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) through closing shifts (1:00–9:30 p.m. or 2:00–10:30 p.m.), or a combination of these time blocks.

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hour, based on experience

Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
