Our client seeks a Business Analyst to lead a Vulnerability and Patch Automation Initiative. The role drives the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise efforts to accelerate vulnerability remediation, automate patch management, and apply AI to reduce technology risk across endpoints, servers, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.

Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Third-Party Remediation Pillar.
- Drive initiatives to reduce vulnerability remediation timelines and improve risk reduction outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across patching and remediation processes.
- Leverage AI and analytics to improve prioritization, decision-making, testing, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Establish metrics, track performance, and provide executive-level reporting on remediation progress.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
- 7+ years in technology engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven success implementing automation solutions within technology operations.
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, or Generative AI to improve operational outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of endpoints, servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Leadership experience.
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow, NexThink, Jamf/SCCM, Plutora, Katalon, BigFix, and Qualys.
- Preferred: Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Agile product delivery and technology risk management.
