Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Job Location: 51st Ave and I-10

Pay: $18.00 per hour / weekly pay

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit General Laborer and Forklift Operator to help manage our inventory and load supplies for our clients at our Phoenix location.

Job Summary:
This is a highly physical, fast-paced role that requires heavy lifting and safe equipment operation. You will be responsible for moving heavy materials, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks and direct contact with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Manually lift, move, stack, and stage heavy construction materials, including heavy bags of mortar mix, cement, and other bulk pool building supplies.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials across the warehouse and yard.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading customer vehicles and unloading incoming supply trucks efficiently.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience: Proven experience safely operating a sit-down forklift.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor and consistently lift/move bags weighing 50–80+ lbs throughout the day.
• Background Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Clean record requirement: No felonies within the last 7 years and no misdemeanors within the last 3 years.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and strongly committed to workplace safety.
