Qualifications:What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are serious about building a real estate business and are ready to take ownership of their growth.
Licensed real estate agent — or actively working toward obtaining your license
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and committed to building a successful business
Growth-minded, coachable, and willing to learn and implement proven models and systems
Relationship-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable prospecting, building a database, and consistently creating new business opportunities
Organized and able to manage priorities, follow-up, and client relationships effectively
Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, and modern real estate tools
Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and helping people build wealth through real estate
Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person
Knowledge of the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia market is a plus
Most importantly, we're looking for people who want more than a place to hang their license. We're looking for professionals who want to grow, contribute, and build something meaningful.
