Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC

Stealth Care Staffing is currently seeking qualified Resisted Nurse (RN) at Long Term Acute Care Facility for employment in the Youngstown/Boardman area for a 13-week contract: 7:00am-7:00pm!

Responsibilities:

• Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

• Having a valid RN license in the state in which you are seeking employment.
• Being passionate about working in a critical care environment.
• Possessing a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Possessing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
• Being skilled in handling emergency and life-threatening situations.
• Having a positive, compassionate and customer-service oriented attitude.
