Customer Service Representative - Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively handling inquiries through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Full time- onsite

Monday-Friday some rotating Saturdays

$21.00-$22.00 an hour

Duties

• Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and address their inquiries.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
• Type responses and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the office database.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients via phone and email.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
• Provide support for client services, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic computer skills is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
