Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings and attract prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain a robust client database to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that enhance property visibility.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote listings and engage with a broader audience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and stay updated on market trends.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients find their dream home.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and attentive service.
Proven track record of effective communication and negotiation skills, facilitating smooth transactions.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to enhance property visibility.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with market trends.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and successes.
Strong organizational skills to manage client databases and follow-up processes efficiently.
Real estate license required.
