General Laborer

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in Falfurrias, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction experience, but previous construction experience is preferred, not required.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, following instructions, and working safely as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb and work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in heat, cold and changing weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required
• Must pass applicable background screening and drug testing
• Experience with commercial or industrial construction
• OSHA certification is preferre
