- Safely operating and maintaining assigned machinery to meet daily production goals
- Following standard work processes and production orders
- Monitoring product quality and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Keeping accurate documentation and a clean work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
