The OpportunityFuntoNetwork is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for upcoming project opportunity: Maine Government IT Services Solicitation Intake.

Core Responsibilities- Role coverage: Maine source intake for software, cloud, cybersecurity, and consulting opportunities with October 2026 due dates.
- Tooling: Use role-appropriate tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint, evidence-tracking dashboards, and role-appropriate data-collection tools.
- Map current-state workflows: Document users, systems, handoffs, rules, pain points, controls, and exception paths.
- Design future-state workflows: Define improved processes, roles, automation points, decisions, controls, and exception handling.
- Elicit functional requirements: Capture prioritized workflow, data, reporting, integration, usability, and operational needs.
- Specify nonfunctional requirements: Document security, privacy, performance, availability, accessibility, retention, and support expectations.
- Build requirements traceability: Link requirements to sources, designs, configurations, tests, owners, and acceptance results.
- Manage requirements approval: Resolve gaps, maintain decisions and changes, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Review project scope and source materials: Review the opportunity scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, addenda, and client requirements that affect the assigned role.
- Confirm role requirements and dependencies: Identify required inputs, assumptions, constraints, interfaces, decisions, acceptance criteria, and dependencies before beginning assigned work.
- Coordinate project delivery: Work with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to align responsibilities, handoffs, schedules, escalations, and client-facing outputs.
- Prepare assigned deliverables: Produce complete role-specific analysis, documentation, recommendations, configurations, estimates, or technical materials required for the engagement.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Provide clear updates, raise risks and questions promptly, document decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Support quality and readiness: Participate in reviews, resolve comments, maintain status information, and confirm assigned work is accurate, traceable, and ready for delivery.
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.
Approved payments for this project opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.
The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
