Our client seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support health care digital product development within Agile scrum teams. The role blends health care benefits knowledge, product development, and analysis to translate business needs into technology solutions and prioritized backlogs. You will partner with Product Owners, engineering, UXD, QA, and domain partners to deliver features across web and mobile experiences that provide measurable customer value.

Responsibilities:- Work within a Scrum Agile environment to deliver software for health care applications across web and mobile.
- Lead and conduct business analyses to formulate recommendations and define solutions to business problems.
- Create and maintain the scrum team backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, supporting prioritization, and running refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with business partners, development teams, external vendors, and QA on planning, requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
- Support deployment, business readiness, and solution enablement including documentation, training, and communications.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to elicit and refine product requirements within Health Benefits domains.
- Work with UXD teams to support prototyping and user experience improvements.
- Prioritize multiple initiatives and analysis tasks while meeting deadlines.
- 5+ years as a Systems Development Business Analyst, preferably in Agile Scrum and across multi-functional teams.
- Experience in health care, benefits administration, or product development.
- Proficiency with business analysis methodologies including data analysis, use case development, story writing, UAT, and product documentation.
- Understanding of web architecture and deployment considerations.
- Skilled with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA or similar tools.
- Ability to translate customer needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Strong listening, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate group meetings to achieve common goals.
- Organized with strong prioritization skills and comfort under tight deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships, foster teams, and influence outcomes.
- Self-motivated team player who can plan and complete work independently while managing dependencies.
- Sound business judgment and commitment to confidentiality.
- CBAP or Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
