Minutemen Staffing Lorain is hiring dependable General Laborers for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Avon, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours, weekly pay, and the chance to earn an additional attendance bonus.

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• $12.50 per hour
• +$2.50 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Potential pay of $15.00 per hour when bonus requirements are met

2nd Shift

• Monday through Thursday
• 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
• $13.25 per hour
• +$2.50 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Potential pay of $15.75 per hour when bonus requirements are met

Attendance Bonus: Employees must have perfect attendance for the week and clock 40+ hours to qualify.

General Labor Responsibilities

You will work in a manufacturing and food-packaging environment. Responsibilities may include production support, packaging products, inspecting materials, maintaining an organized work area, following work instructions, and meeting production and safety expectations.
