Metal Building Inside Salesperson

CO Building Systems is seeking Salesperson to work sales calls for customers seeking pre-fabricated metal buildings and/or products offered by CO Building Systems. Salesperson will be responsible for working with prospective customers to ascertain customer needs and work to ensure those needs can be met by CO Building Systems’ products and services. Salesperson will act as the primary portal for information flow between customer and CO Building Systems’ design and detailing team.

Salesperson duties include:

·         Generating new customer sales through cold calling, email, and other forms of contact

·         Managing relationships with current customers and clients

·         Presenting information and proposals to current and/or potential clients and customers

·         Completing monthly sales reports

·         Developing a goal-oriented sales action plan

·         Any other duties as assigned

Applicants should possess the following:

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         A positive attitude

·         3-5 years of construction or sales experience is preferred

·         High school diploma or GED

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Sales, or Marketing is preferred

·         Understanding of basic construction

·         Basic math skills

·         Negotiation skills

·         Multi-tasking skills

·         Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Google Calendar

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         The ability to present proposals in an effective manner
