Day-to-day:Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service during high-volume incoming calls.Accurately collect, verify, and route message details to clients.Enter caller data efficiently into our system with a high degree of precision.Meet and exceed core metrics, including scheduled adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.Assist a diverse clientele by taking calls in both English and Spanish, providing seamless translation and interpretation whenever necessary.Requirements:Upbeat, clear, and professional phone demeanor. Strong written and verbal English skills (correct grammar and spelling required).Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.Typing speed of at least 35WPM.Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to quality work.Availability to work one weekend day per week and scheduled holidays.Pay: The base pay for this position is $16/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $18.50/hour through flawless attendance.
