Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist position located in Duluth, MN. This role involves performing routine X-ray procedures and portable imaging within various hospital settings, including operating rooms. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital environment and be comfortable with working in the OR and hospital outpatient areas.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily days/evening (rotating schedule).
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification, AHA BLS certification, Associate Degree or Certificate from an accredited radiologic technology program, minimum of 3 years of experience in radiologic technology, charting experience with EPIC Radiant, and current licenses/certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in surgical or outpatient settings, comfort working in the operating room, and experience with routine X-ray and portable imaging.
- Float: Float rotation may be required across surgery, outpatient, emergency department, and fluoroscopy areas.
- Additional Information: The position requires on-call shifts with a 30-minute response time, possible low census hours with the option for travelers to be on call, and a gown code of teal scrub attire provided by the department. During flu season, vaccine decliners must wear masks at all times per policy. The contract includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, during which travelers may be on call and receive callback pay if called in.
