🏝️ **Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient | Kauai, HI**

**⏳ Contract:** 13 weeks
**🕐 Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
**💼 Hours:** 32 hrs/week guaranteed
**📍 Setting:** Inpatient + Outpatient

### 🩺 Requirements
* **3 years** Physical Therapy experience
* Active **Hawaii PT license** required — must obtain ASAP
* **BLS/BCLS** required
* Strong independent clinical skills, especially in a rural setting
* Experience with acute care, SNF, and outpatient PT
* Knowledge of mobility progression and discharge planning

### 🧑‍⚕️ Responsibilities
* Perform PT evaluations and treatments
* Approximately **75% outpatient / 25% inpatient**
* Treat patients in:
* Outpatient clinic
* ER & ICU
* Med/Surg acute & observation
* SNF
* Occasionally OB
* Manage approximately **5–15 patients/day**
* Typical treatment schedule every **30–45 minutes**
* New evaluations are approximately **1 hour**
* Provide discharge planning and mobility progression

### 📋 Additional Details
* **Saturday availability required — no exceptions**
* Monday–Friday schedule with 12:00–1:00 PM lunch; flexibility may be needed
* Holiday coverage not required; holiday pay based on hours worked
* Pager/on-call may apply
* 2-hour minimum callback
* Overtime after 40 hours/week
* W-2 only; no 1099
* No mileage reimbursement
