About who needs care: Diabetes Dementia About the care needs: My Dad needs a patient listener- he talks a lot and repeats himself constantly. He needs fairly constant reminders. He can feed, bathe , and go to the bathroom himself. He's becoming incontinent - especially at night and does wear adult diapers.(briefs) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
