Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

Located in Richfield, were hoping to find someone who genuinely loves caring for babies and enjoys creating a calm, engaging, screen-free day with lots of play, reading, music, movement, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities. Our parenting style is inspired by Waldorf and Montessori, so we value child-led play, simple/open-ended toys, sensory experiences, creativity, and encouraging independence. Responsibilities would include caring for our son, meals, naps, walks/outdoor play, and light baby-related tidying like bottles, dishes, toys, and play areas. We also have one dog, so being comfortable around dogs is a must.
