Childcare Needed

My son is 2 years old, and is in that phase where everything is a fight. His father is 19 and works a lot to provide as a single father, and I, his girlfriend, am a college student who cannot watch our child constantly. We need assistance potty training him, since there is no way to confirm everyone who watches him does the routine consistently.
