Childcare Needed

We are looking for a warm, experienced nanny for our young daughter. Our main priority is finding a native Mandarin speaker who will speak Mandarin exclusively with her during play, meals, books, songs, walks, and everyday routines, so she can develop the language naturally from an early age. Experience with toddlers is important. Montessori experience or certification would be a wonderful plus, but is not required. We are looking for someone loving, patient, reliable, and engaging who enjoys age-appropriate, play-based activities. We have two dogs, so being comfortable with pets is important. We are primarily interested in someone local to the South Orange County area.
