Position Overview

• Safely drive a class B or C vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to regularly perform deliveries to support customer purchases.

• Recover used batteries, perform customer installations, and maintain/replenish consignment products.

• Execute warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, and battery charging or reconditioning.

• Provide a positive customer experience and sell goods on the retail showroom floor, or via phone and email.

• Ensure the proper materials are on hand, and that tools and equipment are in good working order.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity, or minimum 1 year of internal company experience.

• AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred.

• Motor vehicle record (MVR) with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.

• Advanced knowledge of courteous and safe driving procedures, including forklift and manual pallet jack operation.

• General knowledge of HAZCOM safety procedures, DOT/HOS requirements, and inventory tracking.

Working Conditions

• Commonly scheduled as an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Saturday.

• Non-stationary position working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

• Requires significant physical strength, including the ability to carry product weighing up to 125 lbs (participation in group lifts is required for heavier weight).
