Exterior Painter

• Must be experienced with paint prep, brush, and roller work.
• Experience working with spray guns/airless sprayer systems is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder as needed.
• Must have a good attitude and be comfortable taking direction from on-site Foremen and Superintendents.
• Meets daily with Project Foreman to set priorities of the day.
• Keeps job site neat and clean at all times.
• Handles all job site requirements timely.
• Adheres to the policies and procedures manual.
• Maintains a professional, yet friendly demeanor.
• Must adhere to the company uniform policy during working hours at all projects.
• Arrives to work on time, follows directions, interacts well with coworkers and residents, and accepts constructive criticism.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the Project/Property Foreman or Supervisor.

• Basic painting tools (brushes, roller handles, buckets, pans, painters whites).
• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and be alert to hazards.
• Previous exterior or interior painting experience preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, climb stairs and walk for long periods up to three hours before taking a break.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to work over time if necessary.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites daily.
