Job Summary:

General production, material handling, loading/unloading, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with daily production operations.

• This is a physical, fast-paced production environment.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Assist with moving, handling, and organizing materials.
• Operate basic production equipment as trained.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Be available for mandatory Friday overtime when required

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Must be able to work Monday–Thursday and mandatory Friday overtime when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to learn and perform assigned production duties.
