Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join our team full-time, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise operation of press brake machinery, ensuring the accurate forming of sheet metal parts according to engineering specifications. Twinco Mfg. Responsibilities

• Select appropriate bending methods and tooling based on material and part requirements
• Calculate bend deductions using strong math skills to ensure accuracy of bends
• Operate press brake machinery with mechanical and technical proficiency
• Read and interpret engineering drawings for specifications, tolerances, and dimensions
• Verify measurements using gauges and other precision instruments
• Inspect first articles and sample work pieces to ensure conformity to specifications
• Adhere to quality systems, including SOPs, GMP, GDP, FAI, and ISO procedures
• Collaborate effectively within a small manufacturing team to solve problems and deliver results
• Utilize manufacturing execution systems (MES), Trumpf Boost, TruTops, and basic office software daily
• Occasionally travel for training or meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating press brake machinery
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Proficient in blueprint reading and measurement instrument use
• Strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality inspection skills
