Shop Assistant & Driver - HVAC

This is a Full time + Weekly Overtime Delivery Driver & Shop Warehouse position.

No prior HVAC experience is required; Driving, Hand Tools, and Forklift experience is required.

Ask Yourself:

1. Do you have a clean driving history that will be in compliance with our Commercial Insurance specifications?
2. Are you comfortable driving (in company provided F350) for the majority of your work day? Up to 8 hours a day starting at 6am?
3. Are you comfortable working in a warehouse during the summer heat and winter cold?
4. Can you physically move 1000lb tanks by hand with a pallet jack, and 300lbs by hand with no pallet jack?

Capabilities Required:

• Outstanding communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours in peak seasons
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to move 1000lbs+ using a pallet jack
• Familiarity with hand tools and forklift

Responsibilities:

• Travel in company truck making deliveries & pickups - must have valid driver's license: Locations across NC, VA & SC. Must be willing to travel daily to these jobsites.
• Assist with refrigerant maintenance in-shop (Raleigh); outdoor warehouse, no A/C or heat.
• Work in-shop reclaiming refrigerant and performing cylinder maintenance under the supervision of trained technicians.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 6am-4pm
• Overtime Required

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
