Pipefitter Foreman

We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, service, and the maintenance of these systems. We are currently seeking a Piping Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of pipefitters on a project
• Order all materials for each crew
• Develop look-ahead schedule based on project needs
• Interact with the customer, GC, Owner, and inspectors
• Attend job-site meetings
• Supervise pipe installation and equipment setting
• Manage production at the jobsite to meet the estimated labor hours
• Schedule and manage material and prefab deliveries from our Shop
• Piping systems include Chilled Water, Heating Water, Refrigeration, Condensate, Steam, and Condenser Water piping
• Understand installation of piping systems according to the contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings, details, and code requirements
• Keeps the work area clean and in an orderly condition.  Follows all company and jobsite / OSHA safety regulations
• Supervise pipe testing and flushing per project requirements
• Good leadership and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Have 5+ years of Commercial work experience
• Able to stand, lift, put together, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs. without assistance
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Reliable transportation
