Duties:
- Enter project briefs into CRM
- Coordinate projects from order through completion
- Communicate project status to customers
- Track deadlines and turnaround times
- Coordinate with Regulatory to keep projects moving
- Support Account Executives with customer requests
- Send monthly marketing communications
- Schedule meetings and provide recaps/action items
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track wins, losses, and project activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
