Our client, a local property management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to support their housing community. This is a full-time, long term temporary opportunity paying $20 -$23/hr. (depending on experience) with a full-time, Mon-Fri onsite schedule. Apply today!

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Achieve and maintain occupancy goals
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
• Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach
• Stable work history reflected on resume
• Ability to pass a background screening
