Maintenance Technicians, Mechanics & Industrial Electricians - Direct Hire
High-Growth Beverage Manufacturing / Bottling Plant
Pay: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedules: Multiple day, night, and flexible shift options available
Following 20% company growth, we are expanding our maintenance department to provide stronger equipment coverage and support continued production growth.
We are hiring 2 to 3 skilled maintenance professionals at multiple experience levels:
• Maintenance Technician: $30 to $35/hour
• Mid-Level Industrial Mechanic: $36 to $40/hour
• Senior Maintenance Technician / Industrial Electrician: $40 to $45/hour
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance assignments
• Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, fillers, labelers, and related production equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, installations, and improvement projects
• Document completed work and communicate equipment concerns across shifts
• Support a safe, clean, and reliable manufacturing environment
Qualifications
• Industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing, packaging, food, beverage, or a similar production environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with motors, bearings, belts, chains, conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is highly valued
• Senior-level candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting control circuits, sensors, VFDs, motors, and three-phase electrical systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and respond calmly to urgent equipment issues
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Flexible Scheduling
Our client is open to building schedules around the right technicians. Potential options include:
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Three 12-hour shifts
• Weekend coverage
• Floater position covering multiple shifts
• Other flexible schedules based on plant coverage needs
