Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License

1. Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Bilingual is highly desirable
4. Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems.
5. Exceptional customer service skills
6. Adaptability to changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations, identify customer needs, and present suitable insurance products and services

1. Process endorsements to policies, maintain accurate records, and following up on client inquiries
2. Communicate complex insurance options clearly and confidently, ensuring clients understand coverage benefits and limitations
3. Support marketing initiatives by promoting products through in-person event campaigns, B2B prospecting, and community outreach efforts.
