Job Description
Accounting Coordinator
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr., based on experience
TEAM 360 STAFFING is looking for an experienced Accounting Coordinator to support daily financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience managing customer accounts, processing payments, reconciling balances, and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer accounts, invoices, payments, cash receipts, and account reconciliation.
- Process Accounts Payable and code expenses.
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain HR files.
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support financial reporting.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of accounting experience, including strong Accounts Receivable experience, payroll, and Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
