Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

The Customer Service Representative will process orders to insure accurate, on time delivery as well as handling issues as they arise in order to accomplish on time accurate delivery of the customer orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail
• Process customer orders to insure accurate, on time delivery
• Use phones to reach out to customers and verify account information
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Cancel or upgrade accounts
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Advise on company information
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle 70-100 calls per day
• Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot with customers over the phone
• Utilize computers and software
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Call center customer service experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
