Now Hiring: Appointment Setting Specialists
We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Appointment Setting Specialists in Summerlin, Las Vegas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy opportunity with paid training provided, making it a strong fit for candidates looking to build their skills and grow professionally.
Compensation: $14 per hour base pay, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
Earnings Potential: Most new hires earn between $3,500 and $5,000 per month within their first 60 to 90 days.
Top Performer Potential: High-performing team members may earn $5,000 to $8,000 or more per month.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with warm inbound leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule qualified appointments based on customer needs and eligibility.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and respond effectively to objections.
• Contribute to team success by working toward performance goals in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic.
• Availability for morning or afternoon shifts, including every other Saturday.

Location: This is an in-office position based in a newly renovated Summerlin office in Las Vegas.
