Outside Sales Rep – Roofing Sales (Entry-Level, Commission)

Replace Pros is hiring Sales Reps for roofing sales, and no, you don't need roofing or door-to-door experience to succeed here. We've built a process that works for people from all kinds of backgrounds. This is a field sales position focused on inspections, storm damage identification, homeowner education, coordinating referrals to a public adjuster, and closing the roofing contract once the claim is approved.

You don't need a degree, years of experience, or a sales background to apply. What you do need is the ability to talk to people, follow a process, stay consistent, and show up. That said, we are selective about who we bring on: we're looking for people who can actually follow through, not just fill a seat.

What you'll do

You will:

• Knock doors and speak with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
• Learn how to identify storm-related roof damage
• Educate homeowners on the process and next steps
• Help qualified homeowners get connected with an independent public adjuster when appropriate
• Stay involved through the process and return to sign the roofing contract once approved

This is a 1099, commission-only position with structured training and hands-on support at the beginning. You won't be thrown into the role without guidance; you'll work alongside a trainer during onboarding who helps with inspections, paperwork, and the process before you move into working jobs on your own.

Income potential

This role is performance-based (commission-only), and your income is tied directly to production. To keep it simple, here's realistic earning potential based on effort level:

• Reps who stay consistent and put in solid effort can earn around $8,000/month or $80,000/year
• Average reps can earn around $12,500/month or $125,000/year
• Top-producing reps can earn $18,000+/month or $180,000+/year

On self-generated jobs, Storm Reps also receive an immediate $200 payout for each signed-up job until their first commission check is issued.
