Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager will oversee a large team within a diverse hospitality environment that includes a restaurant, distillery, and winery. This role focuses on managing operations, ensuring excellent guest relations, and maintaining efficient management of resources across multiple facility types. While event planning involvement is minimal, the manager plays a critical role in budget oversight, staff training, inventory, and vendor coordination without travel obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of 50+ employees across multiple hospitality sectors
• Maintain exceptional guest relations and handle customer service issues
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations
• Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality service standards
• Control and manage inventory efficiently to meet operational needs
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for supply and services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
• Strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and winery management
• Proven skills in event planning, team leadership, and conflict resolution
• Experience with inventory management and bar management
• Knowledge of distillery and restaurant management operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and budget management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Wine Sommelier preferred
