This role involves performing blood draws and specimen preparation alongside assisting with patient communication and office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates should be compassionate, organized, and comfortable working on-site with some possibility of remote administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare laboratory specimens accurately and safely
• Greet patients and assist with front desk duties
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Verify and process insurance information
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Support daily office operations to maintain a smooth workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in phlebotomy
• Phlebotomy certification
