Details:

• Warehouse Worker
• Louisville IL
• 2nd shift 3pm-11pm (training will be on 1st shift for a month)
• $19.50

Responsibilities or job duties:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive, count, tag, and put materials into stock.
• Load and unload flatbed trucks.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Verify materials against delivery documents.
• Inspect and report damaged or incorrect materials.
• Tag and piece-count inventory and report discrepancies.
• Prepare materials for shipment by wrapping, banding, labeling, and loading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required.
• Overhead crane experience required.
• Previous warehouse/material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience handling steel or heavy materials is a plus.
• Ability to accurately count, identify, and track inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and materials.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including hard hat and steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection.
• Must be a team player and willing to assist with various warehouse duties.
