Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16-18/Hr.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order picking, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Pull and stage orders accurately according to work orders or picking lists.
• Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Use hand and power tools when required.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials.
• Basic ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
