Operations Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive productivity, safety, and quality. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing workflow, ensuring on-time shipping and receiving, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:30 PM, plus two Saturdays per month (6:30 AM-12:00 PM)

Pay: $25-$28/hr + overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise 10-20 warehouse associates and coordinate daily workloads
• Ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory activities are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor facility, equipment, and supply needs
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies
• Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Track performance, productivity, and operational metrics
• Deliver excellent customer service and operational support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 1-2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfortable using tablets and warehouse technology
• Forklift experience is a plus
