Join a growing company in the beauty and cosmetics industry! We're seeking a customer-focused professional to support customers and franchise partners with order inquiries, account support, shipping updates, and product-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and account inquiries.
• Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Track shipments and provide timely follow-up on delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions and provide exceptional service via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, customer support, order processing, or account management experience. ( no call center, must have dealt with repeat customers handling orders)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or order management systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
