Sales Representative - Red-tail Roofing

Job Overview

Red-tail Roofing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about building relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the roofing and insurance claim process, and helping them get the roof they need. No door to door knocking here, our sales approach is relationship and referral driven.

We welcome applicants of all experience levels. Whether you've worked in roofing sales before or you're looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions
• Guide customers through the insurance claim process from start to finish
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients and referral partners
• Travel throughout the greater Kansas City area and surrounding communities
• Provide accurate estimates and clear communication throughout each project
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
• Prior sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
• A positive, team oriented attitude
  

Compensation That Fits Where You're At
We offer two different compensation options, depending on your experience and where you're starting from.

• 100% commission for those with a proven track record and an existing pipeline, ready to run
• Salary plus commission for those newer to the industry who bring strong communication skills and a drive to succeed
