Receptionist

We’re hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our East Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
• Location: 77015
• Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE
• Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Duration: Temporary – potential to be long term but not guarantee
• Description of Duties:
• • Manage the front desk and greet/direct visitors
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Prepare and facilitate visitor packets
  • Assist with new-hire packets and onboarding paperwork
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist with typing, data entry, and Excel-related tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization
  • Support employees and management with administrative needs as requested
• Requirements:
• • Previous receptionist or administrative experience required. Industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and typing skills
  • Professional, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
