Cashier - Pawn Shop (Full-Time)

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at a busy pawn shop. This is a full-time position with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with merchandise display and inventory organization
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding pawn transactions

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and cash handling experience
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time hours
• Saturdays are required
• Employer is willing to work with employees on other requested days off when possible
